In this high-responsibility position, you will guide complex procurement processes for naval defense projects. Your expertise will shape supply chain strategies, overseeing everything from sourcing to contract negotiations for vital ship repair components. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on project goals and manage supplier performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sourcing strategies through comprehensive market analysis
• Engage stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Manage supplier relationships from pre-qualification to post-award
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs and lead negotiations for contracts
• Oversee accurate purchase order and invoice management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience required
• Proven ability to manage complex procurement life cycles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement tools
