Purchasing & Material Coordinator Position

Support cutting-edge simulation technology as a Purchasing & Material Administrator. This role emphasizes parts procurement and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

In the Simulation Product Group, you will report to the Director of Manufacturing & Assembly and play a key role in managing parts and materials. Your experience in purchasing and inventory management will contribute to our operational success and support the assembly of high-quality simulators. Attention to detail will ensure procurement accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for parts and services

• Create and manage RFQs and POs in relevant software

• Communicate with suppliers to ensure effective procurement

• Inspect parts upon receipt using the corporate system

• Oversee inventory levels and fulfill order requests

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• 1 year experience in purchasing or inventory roles

• Asset experience with ERP systems

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Eligibility for a Government of Canada Security Clearance
