Senior Materials Supervisor at IMP Aerospace

Elevate supply operations as a Senior Materials Supervisor at IMP Aerospace & Defence. Responsible for overseeing inventory and supporting the Cormorant Support Center's objectives.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise the Material Supply Team, manage workflows, and train team members in supply chain practices. You will ensure inventory accuracy, expediting high-priority requisitions and compiling reports to maintain supply levels while meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Material Supply Team's daily operations

• Train and coach staff on supply chain processes

• Manage inventory to prevent shortages and overages

• Prepare and resolve shortage reports with suppliers

• Monitor key performance metrics effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain management or equivalent

• At least five years of progressive supply chain experience

• Familiar with ERP and MRP systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program
