Coordinate parts and service operations for Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Halifax, using customer service, work orders, and inventory tracking daily.
This full-time, permanent coordinator supports technicians, customers, and internal teams within Toromont Industries Ltd. Responsibilities include repair quotes, parts allocation, warranty claims, invoicing, and equipment coordination. The position helps keep repairs moving while supporting branch operations and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Prepare repair and service quotes
- Create work orders and allocate parts accurately
- Monitor repairs, inventory, deliveries, and warranty claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with parts ordering, work orders, and inventory
- Experience in parts, service, or technician support
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to support on-call schedules
