In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing vendor invoices, updating Trax for effective component management, and ensuring spares align with maintenance schedules. Your collaboration with various departments will drive the prioritization of component repairs and maintain requisite inventory levels for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and adjust vendor cost estimates in Trax
• Provide clear repairable component notes for coordination
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning for spares availability
• Expedite components critical to aircraft operations daily
• Monitor open Repair Orders to ensure stock levels
Requirements:
• High School diploma is necessary
• 2+ years of aviation related purchasing experience preferred
• Must be organized and able to multi-task
• Adaptability to high-stress conditions is crucial
• English proficiency required for communication
