Position: Experienced Maintenance Personnel for Hotels

In this position under the Chief Engineer, you'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks across the hotel. This includes addressing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Your ability to resolve issues efficiently will greatly enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs in guest and public areas

• Oversee maintenance of hotel amenities

• Address service maintenance requests effectively

• Conduct utility readings and safety checks

• Comply with all relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year maintenance experience required

• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems preferred

• WHMIS training is an asset

• Basic computer skills required

• Physical capacity to perform various tasks
