As a Small Engine Mechanic, you will implement daily Work Orders and monthly preventative maintenance tasks across assigned territories. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a 24/7 operation will ensure customer satisfaction and machine efficiency. Flexibility for on-call shifts and travel is essential to meet departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement dispatched Work Orders and maintenance schedules

• Attend service repair calls as scheduled by Dispatch

• Coordinate and plan efficient service routes

• Train subcontractors on best practices in equipment maintenance

• Prepare reports and ensure secure working conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in small engine repair and maintenance

• Familiarity with customer relationship platforms

• Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills

• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts
