Position  Shipper/Receiver – Milwaukee, Canada – Full Time, Permanent – Dartmouth, NS.
About the Role  We are seeking a highly motivated, tech‑savvy Shipper/Receiver to join our Factory Service Center in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The role involves managing the shipping and receiving of tools and equipment, ensuring accurate logging into computer systems, and maintaining efficient processes.
Responsibilities   Accurately log tools and equipment into the system using computer software.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are properly documented and accounted for.
Maintain an efficient repair queue and prioritize key customers.
Ship all completed repairs the same day.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment within the warehouse.
Complete instant repair/replacements.
Conduct inventory cycle counts.
Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the service center operations.
Qualifications   High School Diploma.
Experience in shipping/receiving.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Self‑driven with passion for continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Detail‑oriented with fast key‑entry speed and accuracy.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Overtime may be required.
