Requisition

We are currently searching for a Cleaner/General Maintenance to join the team at Royalty Crossing for the summer in Charlottetown from June until the end of August. This would be a great opportunity for a student who is looking to gain some work experience. The hourly rate for this position is within the range of $19-$20 per hour.
What you will do

General maintenance and/or painting

Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste

Wash windows and interior walls

Clean washrooms

Empty trash cans and other waste containers

Sweep, mop, scrub hallways, floors, and stairs

Maintain cleanliness of common areas

Working with the public in a shopping center environment

Other duties as required

What you will bring

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work as a team, and under minimal supervision

Proven communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to spend long periods of time walking/standing
