Position: Cleaner (Casual Regional Municipality)
Overview  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities   Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely to ensure optimal results
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed to support overall facility upkeep
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff and visitors
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Must have a valid driver's license or will not be hired
Must be willing to learn new tasks
Requirements   Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning tools and chemicals
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when professional repairs are necessary
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality

Job Type: Casual. Pay: $15.70-$20.00 per hour. Expected hours:
