Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance and scheduled preventive tasks

• Perform repairs on structures and equipment

• Assemble, move, and set up furniture and equipment

• Maintain inspection and audit documentation

• Collaborate on safety training and fire drills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• 1-2 years' experience in building maintenance

• Knowledge of WHMIS and health safety legislation

• Certifications in carpentry or plumbing a plus

• Clear vulnerable sector criminal record
