Position: DNG Network Technician with Irving Oil
Be a pivotal part of Irving Oil’s DNG network as a Facilities Technician, focusing on safe operations and maintenance of gas supply infrastructures.

This role involves ensuring the reliability of the DNG network by managing upkeep across compression facilities and equipment. You will handle preventive maintenance while monitoring operational safety. Use your technical skills to resolve equipment issues swiftly and promote safety compliance across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance at gas compression sites

• Perform inspections and ongoing maintenance of facilities

• Adhere to all Irving Oil procedures and emergency response protocols

• React promptly to equipment malfunctions and escalate issues when necessary

• Support after-hours service needs during on-call weeks

Requirements:

• High school diploma; preferred post-secondary education

• Relevant experience and certifications in gas technology or related fields

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license necessary

• Commitment to a safety-first culture and continuous improvement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
