Position: Grounds Maintenance Worker Role

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring all areas are safe and aesthetically pleasing. Daily inspections, minor repairs, and communication with service representatives are key components of this position. The role requires physical fitness and self-direction, making it ideal for dependable candidates ready to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the building’s grounds and surroundings

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections/checks

• Move and store supplies and equipment as needed

• Report and address equipment malfunctions promptly

• Perform routine maintenance tasks like painting and drywall repair

Requirements:

• Knowledge of carpentry, welding, and furnace repair

• Strong communication skills in English

• Physically fit for demanding job duties

• Valid driver's license required

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
