Position: Maintenance Leadership for New Facility
Lead as the Maintenance Manager at our new Halifax distribution center. Focus on establishing a reliable program and ensuring all systems run efficiently from day one.

We are launching a state-of-the-art distribution center and need a Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You will have a pivotal role in setting up equipment and managing maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety protocols. This is a significant chance to shape operations in a high-volume, automated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee initial equipment setup and commissioning

• Develop a preventative maintenance strategy for smooth operations

• Train and lead a team of maintenance technicians

• Act as the point of contact for external vendor relations

• Maintain the maintenance budget efficiently

Requirements:

• 5+ years in maintenance management within distribution centers

• Technical expertise in automated systems and electrical systems

• Proven experience in launching new sites or projects
