Maintenance Supervisor Moxy

Elevate hotel operations as a Maintenance Supervisor at Moxy Halifax Downtown. Oversee team performance, ensure safety systems are functional, and maintain the property to delight guests.

In this role with Hotel Equities, you will assist the Rooms Operations Manager and supervise maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass preventive maintenance scheduling, service prioritization, and monitoring utility consumption to uphold asset value and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train maintenance team members effectively

• Implement and schedule preventive maintenance programs

• Prioritize and monitor service requests for customer satisfaction

• Test life safety systems for full operational readiness

• Monitor utility consumption to assess system effectiveness

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience with major hotel brands' standards

• Advanced knowledge in Building Management/Engineering

• Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing
