Position: Porter Role at Greystar Community
Become a Porter with Greystar to ensure community standards and improve resident experience. This role focuses on grounds maintenance, customer service, and teamwork in a vibrant property environment.

Greystar is looking for a Porter to help keep our community immaculate on a set schedule from Saturday to Wednesday. As an entry-level team member, you will inspect, clean, and manage the physical aspects of the property while working closely with other service staff. Your contributions will enhance the appeal of the community, directly impacting resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and inspect community grounds regularly

• Remove trash from vacant apartments and common areas

• Assist service team in routine maintenance tasks

• Ensure locks and gates adhere to safety codes

• Distribute notices and assist residents as needed

Requirements:

• Driver’s license needed for golf cart operation

• Capability to work in all weather conditions

• Flexibility in work hours including evenings and weekends

• Entry-level with no experience required

• Ability to handle substantial lifting tasks
