Position: Full-Time Maintenance Worker at Pursuit

As a key role in our maintenance team, you will support the upkeep and repair of hotel properties while conducting essential tasks such as managing pools and guest rooms. Interaction with management, guests, and coworkers is crucial to ensure high-quality service and maintenance. This position requires a proactive attitude and creativity to address various maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall aesthetics and upkeep of hotel properties

• Perform daily facility inspections and repairs

• Assist with snow removal and yard work as needed

• Collaborate with security and guest services teams

• Foster safe work practices across all maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma with trade education or experience

• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
