As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle various responsibilities to keep our properties in prime condition, drawing on your 1-2 years of maintenance experience. This role encompasses everything from completing work orders, preparing apartments for new residents, to managing grounds and common areas. You will also participate in required safety trainings to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute service requests for residents efficiently

• Prepare units through thorough inspections and repairs

• Maintain cleanliness in outdoor and communal areas

• Track materials and supplies for maintenance needs

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all tasks

Requirements:

• Required 1-2 years in maintenance or similar role

• EPA Type 1 and II certifications preferred

• Valid driver's license for site mobility
