Position: Custodian Role at Prespatou School
Join Prespatou School as a Custodian, ensuring cleanliness and safety in a key educational environment. Work 4 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8 hours on Wednesdays to maintain school facilities.

This Custodian position requires a Grade 10 education or equivalent and preferred experience in commercial or school cleaning. Duties include cleaning, securing facilities, minor maintenance, and assisting evening user groups. Be ready to follow safety standards and maintain tools in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect building interiors and exteriors

• Secure doors and windows in your assigned area

• Perform minor maintenance on fixtures and furniture

• Organize daily cleaning tasks under supervision

• Conduct seasonal cleanup and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• WHMIS Certification to be completed during probation

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Search
