Summary of Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Rental Technician will be responsible for assisting clients identify equipment needs; equipment repair and maintenance, rig up/out of rental equipment, processing equipment returns, completing inspections and necessary equipment cleaning.
- Utilizing a superior understanding of the clients needs to provide exceptional customer service to form good working relationships with clients
- Have experience working on a wide variety of surface rental equipment including tanks, pumps, wellsite accommodations, etc.
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to high quality product and customer satisfaction
- Look for and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and reduce company costs
- Troubleshoot, solve and repair equipment in the field or ask competent coworker to assist to solve issues quickly
- Assist service personnel with SOP and technical support
- Participate in daily toolbox talk, weekly operations meetings and monthly safety meetings
- Assist management in day to day operations in all aspects for TOR requirements, including other items not mentioned above
- The Rental Technician will be responsible to take direction from the Branch Manager (Dispatch)
