Position: Amrize Maintenance Supervisor Role
Lead the maintenance team at Amrize as a Maintenance Supervisor for the Dundas Quarry in Eastern Canada. Your focus will be on safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental policies.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will drive operational effectiveness while ensuring a safe workplace. With at least five years in a supervisory role, you will communicate effectively with all teams and manage maintenance operations, aligning with safety regulations. Your expertise will help in creating a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage employees and contractors to ensure safety

• Lead daily safety meetings and compliance checks

• Manage maintenance schedules and training programs

• Participate in environmental audits and site safety

• Develop annual maintenance budgets and identify improvements

Requirements:

• Five years of supervisory experience required

• College Degree in relevant field preferred

• Proficiency in administration and computer applications

• Experience in welding or millwright is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
