Reporting to the General Manager, the  Facilities Maintenance Manager  provides leadership to the Maintenance, Security, and IT teams while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the  Allbright Campus .

This role ensures our facilities, infrastructure, and building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

About The Opportunity

Lead and develop the Maintenance, Security, and IT teams, fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, safety, and service excellence.

Ensure the campus operates safely, efficiently, and beautifully through proactive maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness.

Oversee building systems, infrastructure, renovations, capital projects, and vendor relationships to maintain a high-quality environment for residents, members, guests, and team members.

Manage maintenance budgets, capital planning, contracts, and operational resources while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Build strong partnerships across the organization to ensure facilities support exceptional resident and member experiences while meeting operational priorities.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance building performance, energy efficiency, safety, and the overall community experience.

About You

Degree, diploma, designation, or equivalent experience related to facilities management, building operations, engineering, or a skilled trade.

Minimum five years of leadership experience managing commercial or residential facilities.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.

Experience leading maintenance teams, contractors, and capital or renovation projects.

Experience managing operational budgets, vendor contracts, and preventative maintenance programs.

Great leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A passion for delivering exceptional service through well-maintained, high-performing facilities.

Asset Qualifications

Journeyman or certified trade (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)

Experience working in hospitality, seniors' living, healthcare, or luxury residential environments.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Multi-site facilities management experience.
