Lead frontline cleaning teams for Dexterra Group across busy convention center or arena environments, using strong supervision and event operations skills. Deliver safe, consistent service.
This experienced Account Director leads cleaning operations across guest-facing and operational areas. The position requires supervisory experience, commercial cleaning knowledge, and effective workforce coordination. You will work with Event Services, site leadership, and venue operations teams to maintain event-ready facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise cleaning teams across assigned facilities and areas
- Coordinate staffing through preparation, events, turnovers, and recovery
- Conduct briefings, assign tasks, and complete handovers
- Inspect work and assign corrective actions
- Coordinate spill response, hazards, and emergency cleaning
- High school diploma required
- Three to five years supervisory experience
- Commercial cleaning and equipment knowledge
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Flexible availability for event-driven shifts
