Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Receiving Lead supervises the retail department's daily functions. You will guide team members, train in standard operating procedures, and maintain compliance with protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and provide leadership to department team members
• Delegate tasks with clear and concise direction

• Verify accuracy of incoming packages with packing slips
Requirements:
• Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Open availability for flexible working hours
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
• Physically capable of handling merchandise and standing for long periods
