Halifax, Nova Scotia preferred; flexible for the right candidate

The 30% efficiency rate gap between best-in-class and average factories represents a huge growth opportunity. Twin Thread’s platform enables industrial OEMs, manufacturers, and service providers to drastically improve their efficiency by taking action on insights enabled by machine learning.

Enter Twin Thread. Our platform enables users to first, through automated ML (rapidly combing through terabytes of data), identify opportunities for improvement, analyze change impact, and implement them, all through a visual programming IDE saving a typical customer millions of dollars annually.

• Manage all customer success projects including:
  • Maintain project schedules, both initial and ongoing
  • Work Breakdown
  • Backlog Management
  • Customer Coordination
  • Internal team communications
  • Risk Mitigation
  • Status Updates
  • Escalations
• Develop templates and best practices to ensure the best, most rapid results

• 10+ years of high tech project management experience
• PMP certified
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills

• Experience with industrial automation or machine learning solutions
• Experience project managing SAAS projects
