As a Training Portfolio Manager, you will support product training execution and rollout. You will connect content creators, product teams, and internal and external stakeholders. The role aligns training priorities with corporate strategy while maintaining visibility across delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize projects using business impact and product release schedules
- Own intake workflows, prioritization frameworks, and resource allocation
- Track launch health, constraints, timelines, and learner engagement
- Align training priorities with corporate strategy and stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of project managers
- Seven or more years in portfolio or project management
- One or more years in supervision or people management
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and learning management reports
- Experience managing multi-project roadmaps with Jira or Smartsheet
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Use portfolio leadership, reporting, and cross-functional communication to deliver Motorola Solutions product training initiatives effectively.
