Branch Manager

Lead Money Mart branch operations with customer service and sales expertise port lending, compliance, and cash controls daily.

As Branch Manager, you will guide day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on with transactions, financial products, and customer solutions. Coach employees, develop local business, and maintain safe, accurate operations. Apply sales, collections, compliance, and responsible lending practices while supporting branch performance and customer needs.

• Lead customer transactions, education, service, and financial product sales
• Drive branch sales goals, cross-selling, referrals, collections, and expense control
• Process loans, credit cards, transfers, payments, and related services
• Maintain compliant customer files, data, applications, and transaction records
• Recruit, schedule, coach, evaluate, and develop branch employees

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years managing or leading teams
• One or more years interviewing, hiring, and evaluating candidates
• Sales, lending, collections, or retail finance experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency and strong English communication skills
