Collision Center General Manager

Lead collision repair operations at Assured Automotive through facility management, team leadership, budgeting, and KPI oversight. Drive consistent WOW execution daily.

As General Manager, you will lead all repair facility personnel and manage collision center performance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, corrective action, budgeting, forecasting, sales tracking, and expense control. You will also oversee estimates, capacity, safety, equipment maintenance, and customer-focused performance measures.

• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel
• Prepare annual and monthly collision center budgets
• Forecast and track sales, profit, and expenses
• Maintain The Boyd Group KPI performance
• Oversee estimates, capacity, safety, and equipment maintenance

• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• Minimum three years collision repair leadership experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Valid driver's license required
