Field Operations Supervisor Multi Site

Lead multi-site field operations for Exodigo using work planning, resource allocation, and safety leadership. This position requires 100% travel Monday through Friday.
As Field Lead Supervisor, you will oversee multiple Field Leads and teams across large-scale project sites spanning tens of acres. You will coordinate schedules, subcontractors, logistics, budgets, and field technology. The work supports safe, efficient, high-quality execution aligned with Exodigo’s operational standards. You will report to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent sites
- Develop daily and weekly work plans for milestones
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements
- Allocate labor, equipment, materials, and on-site budgets
- Track schedule, budget, quality, safety, and efficiency metrics
- Five-plus years in field operations or related industries
- At least two years in supervisory or multi-site leadership
- Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, logistics, and budgets
- OSHA 30 certification required or obtainable within specified timeframe
- Weekly regional travel, overnight travel, and occasional nationwide travel
