Lead store operations and talent at Sephora Canada in Halifax, managing staffing, training, scheduling, and operational standards on site.
As Store Operations and Talent Manager, you will lead people and operational functions at NS-Spring Garden. Reporting to the Store Director, you will collaborate with Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers while managing Department Leads and Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct final interviews and hire store candidates
- Manage training functions and execute ongoing training strategies
- Oversee schedules, time-off approvals, and payroll submission
- Deliver performance reviews and manage feedback processes
- Control inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, testers, and cycle counts
- Two to four years of management experience
- Beauty, retail, or customer service industry experience
- Recruiting, staffing, and hiring experience across store positions
- Strong communication, influence, and managerial courage
- Windows, Word, and Excel experience
