Sephora Store Operations Manager

Lead store operations and talent at Sephora Canada in Halifax, using staffing, scheduling, training, and payroll expertise on-site. Manage people and processes supporting an outstanding customer experience.

As Store Operations and Talent Manager, you will oversee staffing, zoning, onboarding, scheduling, and operational standards. Reporting to the Store Director, you will collaborate with Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers. Your responsibilities include managing Department Leads and Beauty Advisors while supporting store performance.

• Conduct final interviews and hire candidates across key positions
• Manage store training and ongoing development strategy
• Oversee schedules, time-off approvals, and payroll submission
• Deliver performance reviews and follow up on feedback
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counts

• Two to four years of management experience
• Beauty, retail, customer service, or equivalent internal experience
• Recruiting, staffing, and hiring experience across store positions
• Ability to develop high-performing teams and identify talent
• Communication skills and experience with Windows, Word, and Excel
