Store Operations Manager

Lead talent, scheduling, payroll, and store operations at Sephora Canada’s Spring Garden location in Halifax, working full time on site.

As Store Operations and Talent Manager, you will oversee people processes and operational execution at Sephora NS-Spring Garden. The position combines recruiting, training, performance development, inventory control, staffing, payroll, and expense awareness. You will partner with the Store Director and Education partners to support ongoing training strategy.

• Conduct final interviews and manage applicant tracking activities
• Develop and execute the store’s ongoing training strategy
• Oversee schedules, time-off approvals, and payroll submissions
• Deliver performance reviews and manage feedback processes
• Control inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, testers, and supplies

• Two to four years of management experience
• Beauty, retail, or customer service industry experience
• Recruiting, staffing, and hiring experience across store positions
• Strong communication, managerial courage, and composure
• Windows, Word, and Excel experience with schedule flexibility
