Store Director

Lead Sephora’s beauty retail business in Halifax through sales forecasting, team coaching, and exceptional client experience management. This full-time, on-site position requires strategic leadership.

As Store Director at Sephora Canada’s NS-Spring Garden location, you will oversee business results, staffing, merchandising, and operations. You will develop sales strategies, manage expenses, recruit leaders, and build team capability. Success requires strong business acumen, communication, and coaching experience.

• Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager
• Monitor results and communicate performance with staff
• Develop loyalty, events, product knowledge, and service strategies
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate department leaders
• Maintain inventories and make strategic merchandising decisions

• Five or more years of senior management experience
• Beauty, retail, or customer service industry experience
• Experience coaching high-performing teams and developing leaders
• Recruiting, staffing, and hiring experience across store positions
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
