As Regional Manager, Strategic Projects, you will connect corporate strategy with Atlantic Canada execution. You will oversee capital programs, support acquisition integration, and lead strategic projects. Success requires project leadership, financial acumen, and influence without authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Support annual capital budget development and oversight
Prioritize projects with local operations for highest return
Monitor milestones and spending against time and budget
Lead major growth capital projects across the region
Drive acquisition integration, synergies, and special projects
Requirements:
Travel availability between 30% and 50% across Atlantic Canada
Understanding of P&L management and capital allocation
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Expertise managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
M&A integration and financial modeling experience considered assets
Bring strategic project leadership, capital discipline, and collaborative influence to GFL’s Atlantic Canada regional business.
