Steele Auto Group seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead its Parts Department. You will oversee daily processes, support Service and Sales, and ensure customers receive the right parts. The position requires automotive dealership experience, team leadership, and strong operational judgment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, hire, train, coach, and support Parts Advisors
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, receiving, stock control, and invoicing
- Set targets, manage budgets, and review financial reports
- Minimize obsolete stock and coordinate recalls with Service
- Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and operational standards
- Proven experience managing an automotive dealership Parts Department
- Knowledge of inventory systems, purchasing, and supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Strong financial, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
