Steele Auto Group seeks an experienced Service and Parts Manager to set department standards and lead dealership performance. You will develop teams, manage financial performance, and maintain Porsche standards. The position combines service quality, inventory control, warranty processes, and customer-focused accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily Service and Parts operations and workflows
Deliver premium customer experiences and resolve escalated concerns
Coach teams and establish performance expectations and goals
Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and gross margins
Oversee purchasing, pricing, inventory, and stock levels
Requirements:
Proven automotive dealership Service or Parts leadership experience
Understanding of operations, logistics, inventory, and warranty processes
Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Bring accountable automotive leadership, financial insight, and premium service expertise to Porsche Halifax's Service and Parts departments.
