You will develop teams, manage financial performance, and maintain Porsche standards. The position combines service quality, inventory control, warranty processes, and customer-focused accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily Service and Parts operations and workflows
- Deliver premium customer experiences and resolve escalated concerns
- Coach teams and establish performance expectations and goals
- Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and gross margins
- Oversee purchasing, pricing, inventory, and stock levels
- Proven automotive dealership Service or Parts leadership experience
- Understanding of operations, logistics, inventory, and warranty processes
- Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
