Lead client retention and growth for Canada Life across Eastern Canada from Halifax, London, Toronto, or Ottawa. Guide Regional Managers and strengthen service excellence.
As Regional Director, Client Relationships, you will provide strategic leadership for Workplace Retirement clients. You will align regional execution with national strategies and business objectives. The work requires business acumen, strategic thinking, and influence across complex stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers
- Execute strategies supporting retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Build relationships with clients, advisors, and consultants
- Resolve complex client, advisor, and operational issues
- Oversee planning, resources, and succession initiatives
- 10+ years in financial services
- Significant Workplace Retirement or related experience
- Success leading leaders and developing teams
- Strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to travel as required
