The Fibreline division at West Fraser is in search of a Fibreline Shift Supervisor to guide its operations. This role entails managing shift responsibilities, providing support to crew members, and driving the achievement of production goals. Your leadership will be critical in promoting employee engagement and compliance with safety regulations within the mill environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee shift operations in Pulping and Material Handling

• Ensure adherence to operating targets and mill efficiency

• Develop and inspire team members while enhancing morale

• Enforce Health and Safety policies throughout the workplace

• Train employees and ensure compliance with Work Safe BC regulations

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory and leadership experience

• Excellent decision making and communication skills

• Heavy industry expertise and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts

• Experience in Kraft Pulp mills desirable
