Location & Schedule Onsite – Halifax, NS

Responsibilities Build a variety of high‑quality products for marine, defense, renewable energy and medical applications.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to bring the product to life.
Be accountable and empowered to self‑direct your work in a safe, supportive environment.
Develop expertise in fiber‑optic assembly and other mechanical skills.
Qualifications Background as a technician or technologist from college or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Experience working with hand, power and measuring tools.
Ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
Problem‑solving skills and a willingness to tackle diverse work.
Self‑directed, organized and capable of prioritizing tasks.
Detail oriented, focused and adaptable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
