Your role will focus on applying high-quality coatings with a strong emphasis on industrial safety practices.
With at least three years in the industrial field, you will work closely with marine and steel products, mastering surface preparation and equipment upkeep. Your ability to operate various spraying methods and work in diverse environments is crucial to the job's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spray paint diverse coatings to meet specifications
• Prepare surfaces effectively for painting
• Ensure the maintenance of spray-painting tools
• Work safely at heights using ladders and platforms
• Lift and handle heavy equipment and materials frequently
Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years industrial painting experience
• Familiarity with industrial spray equipment techniques
• Capacity to wear respiratory protection
• Must pass background checks and physicals
Utilize your skills and health and safety knowledge to excel as a Spray Painter in Halifax.
