As a Kitchen Coordinator, you will report to the Supervisor Food and act as the pivotal link between production and management. Your responsibilities include supervising production statuses, capturing deviations, and validating food safety standards. You'll support staff development while ensuring adherence to safety procedures and maintaining a high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise production status and make real-time adjustments
• Validate food safety and HACCP per shift requirements
• Track deviations from production plans for improvements
• Ensure adherence to quality control and sanitation standards
• Support staff development for optimal performance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with accounts payable is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks
