St Barbara, a leader in gold production, is seeking four Control Room Operators for their Atlantic Operations at the Touquoy mine site. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, maintaining housekeeping standards, and documenting operations to meet strict production goals. Additionally, you will mentor trainees, uphold safety leadership, and work collaboratively with the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mill process circuits to meet operating parameters

• Perform checks and maintain detailed operating logs

• Mentor trainees and promote safety culture

• Monitor equipment status for safe operations

• Support maintenance for optimal equipment performance

Requirements:

• Unencumbered Class 5 driver's license

• Minimum 3 years industrial experience

• Nova Scotia High School Graduation Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated programs

• Experience in gold processing is preferred
