Maintenance Supervisor at PWO

At PWO Canada, you will play a critical role in maintaining high efficiency within a leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier. This supervisory role demands your expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance to troubleshoot production issues. As a leader, you will manage maintenance activities, create preventative maintenance schedules, and monitor equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical production issues

• Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Coordinate maintenance to minimize production impact

• Manage maintenance budget and track costs

• Communicate daily with cross-department staff

Requirements:

• Electrician or Millwright certificate or Engineering degree

• Five years in automotive production, three in supervision

• Strong knowledge of PM systems and safety standards

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with equipment upgrades and maintenance tracking
