This role requires extensive experience in manufacturing and supervision, focusing on coordinating daily activities and resolving quality issues. Candidates will implement solutions while maintaining safety practices and inspiring team creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, staff, and oversee all production activities

• Ensure zero-defect performance standards

• Coordinate timely delivery of quality products

• Maintain a safe working environment

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

Requirements:

• 5+ years in manufacturing and supervision

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Technical or engineering degree is an asset
