Position: Plant Manager in High-Speed Manufacturing

Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee plant operations and drive strategic initiatives. You will manage production, quality, and safety while implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing performance. Your leadership will significantly impact long-term business planning and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations and production targets

• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage plant P&L and analyze KPIs for performance trends

• Develop strategic plans for resource allocation and investments

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields

• 7–10+ years in operations or process improvement leadership

• Proven experience in high-speed manufacturing environments

• Solid background in Lean Manufacturing techniques

• Six Sigma certification preferred
