The Furnace Operator will operate furnaces used for melting aluminum while adhering to strict health and safety protocols. Successful candidates should have at least one year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include monitoring furnace conditions, performing pre-operational inspections, and safely managing overhead crane operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate furnaces for aluminum casting and production

• Monitor furnace conditions and carry out inspections

• Manage the transfer and alloying of molten aluminum

• Operate overhead cranes safely for material handling

• Support production activities with a focus on safety

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum one year of experience in manufacturing

• Ability to work rotating shifts as needed

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience with industrial equipment preferred
