Evening Production Supervisor

Position: Evening Production Supervisor Role
Step into a full-time Production Supervisor position at our Laird Distribution Center in Mississauga. On PM shifts, ensure plating and fulfillment meet quality standards and customer timelines.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing production processes, reporting to the Plating and Fulfillment Manager. This position requires analytical skills and a proactive approach, with 2-3 years of experience in production within the Food & Beverage industry being essential. Your leadership will be key in building efficient production techniques and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage weekly production documents

• Oversee execution of production plans and troubleshoot issues

• Track metrics for customer fulfillment and quality

• Conduct daily checks for process readiness

• Ensure a safe environment through good manufacturing practices

Requirements:

• Related management experience or a majority degree

• 2-3 years in Food & Beverage production management

• Strong MS Excel and G-Suite proficiency

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

• Effective time management and self-motivation
