As a full-time Team Member, Cultivation – Flower Room, you'll report directly to the Supervisor. Attention to detail is essential as you work in compliance with Health Canada regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and monitor crop health consistently

• Implement Integrated Pest Management techniques

• Elevate crop issues to relevant teams

• Participate in pruning, harvesting, and crop maintenance

• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of horticulture practices

• Ability to follow instructions precisely

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must work independently and meticulously

• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
