In this Manufacturing Associate II position, you will train across Customs, Moulder, and Toolroom functions. Your responsibilities include proper machining, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining equipment. You will engage in cross-training to ensure flexibility while supporting continuous improvement initiatives at Andersen Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety protocols and ensure co-workers do likewise
• Operate machinery and measure tools effectively
• Load and adjust programs for machine operations
• Maintain machines and assist with training colleagues
• Communicate issues to Work Center Leads and Supervisors
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of woodworking and machining techniques
• Ability to read shop drawings and prepare tooling
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
